WIP for Letter I

Here is a work in progress for Letter I. I originally intended to paint the whole book in watercolor but I wanted to do a test page digitally to see if I like it painted this way better. I am faster, better and more comfortable working digitally but I love watercolor too. Argh! Still need to finish up the imp, the foreground, and genie smoke. Letter G is all set up for watercolor but I haven't had time. :)

I love your picture of the genie and the imp-like fae creature.
to play devil's advocate, the more you practice, the faster you'll be at watercolor, and you can sell the originals :)
